Well if you have emptied your recycle bin, it isn't as easy. You'll need a recovery tool such as Norton System tools or what I find personally a life saver - http://www.z-a-recovery.com/digital-image-recovery.htm

Well if u deleted it then check the recycle bin. But if u deleted it from the recycle bin thenur out of luck

On your desktop screen there is an icon labeled "recycle bin" - double click on that to see the contents. If the file is in there, right mouse click on it and it will ask if you want to restore the file. If, however, you delete it from that recycle bin, it is unrecoverable.

you cant really recover anything once it has been erased from the recycle bin, but you can go onto your startup menu in the bottom left and go to search for files and folders, choose Drive C:/ if you know the name of what you erased and search incase it is still on your computer, you may be able to find remnants that are left from the file if you can remember the name... but thats only if you didnt erase all parts of the file off of your computer, You can also search by the date... thats all i know to tell you, goodluck
