You've got to break free...
And life IS hard. If it wasn't hard, it'd be called "dead as a doornail"....so you choose.
Death is easy but boring.
Life is hard (sometimes) but entertaining.

stop, sit, relax, and then let go of anything that really isn't that important, especially the stuff you are obsessing over. If it isn't life threatening just let it go. Then in your thoughts collect that which you can't control or have any say in anyways, and let that go. What you are left with is important, and then prioritize that, taking things one thing at a time. Say to yourself "You can do anything for a day (or 8 hours, or whatever)" because you can. I had the stomach flu and couldn't get coverage for myself so I had to go in. I kept saying that anyone can do this for a few hours, and then did my best. Then you come home and tend to yourself. It is amazing how much junky and needless worry we put ourselves through. I know some people have been obsessing over the Iraq war, for instance, but they can't do much more than send emails and write letters and so on, so they do at least that and then let it go. They can't go over there and stop the nonsense, so they should quit agonizing over it.

Accept your situation, and just remember to not loose yourself because you hit rock bottom for a while. Depending on whether you caused your life to be hard or it was just something that came along it makes a difference.
If it was you that caused it (and don´t just immediately say no....look back a bit to make sure) learn what you did wrong and just keep doing what you know is right. You made a mistake......... so what?? Who doesn´t just try to mend it and move on
If life is hard just because it came along, be confident in yourself and what you believe and remember that life is not always that hard.
Don´t panic.....it will settle soon enough

Try to remember that it's not ALWAYS gonna be as bad as it is in that moment. Remember that, like good times, bad times pass too. Just ride it out. Try not to stress to the point where you make yourself sick, and try to be strong (yeah, I know it's hard). If you can, find things that you can still enjoy, WHILE you are going through your personal hell. Like for me, okay, I'm in pain right now, but I'm enjoying doing this (answering your question) and listening to music etc. Just find things to help you cope and make it liveable. If you have a friend or someone to talk to, that's always good too. Peace and good luck :)

Honey, if you have any spiritual connection, pray to get you through those tough times. Also, try some meditation and aromatherapy. Surround yourself with loving and positive people and things. Good luck, baby.
