Sin City, it was done very well, with Frank Miller no doubt. Any movie that strays too far from its roots isnt worth a dam.n. *cough* X-3*cough*. I think Sin City stayed realitivly close to its comic origins, and dwelved down deep into each story.. Each one felt like a mini-movie to me. My favorite is Marv, but thats only cause hes the baddest badas.s out there. The Scene with the wolf/dog was gruesome but true to Marv's charecter. I love how they split up Bruce Willis's story. I thought that was awesome. I thought that he was dead, very suprising. Tho i didnt get the Clive Owen/Brittany Murphy/ Rosario Dawson love triangle. The Ending was so trippy, with Bruce shooting himself. Took me by complete suprise.

Yup - Sin City followed closely by Tim Burton's Batman.. I loved Unbreakable too though it's not based on a book.. Daredevil & Electra both had their plusses as did the Spiderman movies and the Christopher Reeves Superman flicks were great in their own way too...
I'm really hoping they don't chicken out on Iron Man.. the grittier the better..

Tim Burtons Batman!! that movie OWNS!!
...and to a lesser extent, Batman returns
Every other comic book adaptation that I have seen totally blows (though i havent seen Sin City yet)
Actually, sorry... the Superman movies area also cool (well 1,2 and 5 are cool)

1) Xmen II
2) Batman (Tim Burton)
X-2 is the best! The Lady Deathstrike and Wolverine fight scene being so violent made it more true to a traditional comic, and the special FX of the characters powers was great.
Batman for Jack Nicholson!

Batman Begins is the best adaptation. But the spiderman films are the best for pure action. The original superman film is a classic.

Definitely Batman begins, followed closely ( very closely) by Spiderman movies, and Superman Returns

I liked how the first X-Men came out. It may not have followed any predetermined storyline, but I liked it both as a movie and a portrayal of some of the best superheroes ever!

Neil Simon's 'The Odd Couple' is a very funny movie. Its old but one of the funniest you'll ever see. The No. 1 tho, is 'Some like it hot'. It is absolutely hilarious.
