I had two teeth pulled a couple of years ago and I was on Vicodin for about 2 days. I'm sure your dentist or oral surgeon will give you something appropriate for the pain. Good luck! Make sure you follow all the things the doc says. No straws and such.

Hey I went and looked at some of your questions and answers...Gosh I wish you were someone I knew..cause I would take you under my wing...You grew up in such a hard life..alot of us have. Ibuprofen will probably handle it, but it wouldn't hurt to get some vicodon in case you go into la la land with painl...you shouldn't need it more than 24-48 hours. No big deal. You will just zone for a while. Good luck

i did just fine on ibuprofin when i had teeth pulled and usually its not that painful after novacaine wears off...3 ibuprofin works wonders

i was suppose to take pain killers when i got my wisdom teeth out, but they made me sick...( not fun puking with gauze in your mouth :( anyway, i took Mortin instead, and it works wonders
