the difference being a driver has every pothole on the road memorized and knows how to avoid, same with VASCAR lines, anticipates traffic behavior at least 3 cars ahead, and makes a habit of constantly checking rear view mirror as well as looking up on ramps for possible speed traps.

I am definitely a driver.
I cant afford my insurance now... let alone if I have a fender-bender and it goes up!
Then I wouldnt be driving at all...
