You could contact the Glasgow Evening Times and ask for a copy of the Deaths during Jan 05. If you live in Glasgow the library will have copies of the paper and you can look through them free of charge.
Hope this helps

Where was she living? If she was living in your town, then check the local library. Many libraries have local newspaper on film and you can request prints. If she died in some other city, write to the newspapers -- they might be able to print you a copy (for a fee, of course)

Try contacting the the town newspaper provider. Or try checking to see if they offer a web site. Sometimes you can find articles in their archives on line.

You said she was born in Glasgow but did not say where she died. Go to local paper in community; town hall or church she attended.

If you contact the local papers for that area , one of them should be able to supply you with a copy.
