The easiest way to boost your immune system function is by eating healthy and balanced diet. Constantly eating fast foods or diet that contains little nutrient value can never be associated with boosting immune system function and result in weak immune system.
Balanced diet that is rich in Vitamin C and also those that have large amounts of Vitamin E are thought to work towards boosting immune system function. Experts believe this type of diet helps in boosting immune system performance. Anyone can include these vitamins in their diet as these vitamins are readily available in many vegetables and fruits. Garlic also helps in assisting immune system functions if you like the taste of garlic as it can be easily used in many dishes including soups, sauces and salads. Many people with weak immune system use garlic in their daily diet to supplement immune system.
Regular exercise also plays an important role in supplementing immune system as diet is not the only way to boost immune system performance. As it is said, healthy mind is the base for a healthy body. Exercising regularly helps to keep mind fresh and also fights depression. Hence, exercise also helps to maintain mental health in addition to boosting immune system.
Stress levels play a major role in boosting immune system functions. Many people dealing with problems like loss of job or death of close relative or business tensions are easily prone to cold, flu or an infection. Stressful life with less physical and mental rest results in compromise of their immune system. Even if you can t does anything to reduce stress then you must at least take extra vitamins and take a balanced diet.

The function of the human immune system is to defend the body against invaders. Microbes (germs or microorganisms), cancer cells, and transplanted tissues or organs are all interpreted by a healthy immune system as non-self against which the body must be defended. Although the immune system is extremely complex, its basic strategy is simple: to recognize the enemy, mobilize forces, and attack.
Top Ten Ways to maintain a Healthy Immune System
1. Deep Sleep is one of the most important ways to boost the immune system. Chronic insomnia can lead to immune system deficiency or poor immune response.
2. Moderate exercise, at least 3 times a week. Excessive and prolonged physical activity temporarily reduces the function of the immune system. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Reduce stress any way you know how. Stress releases the hormone cortisol which wreaks havoc with the immune system. Stress of any kind -- emotional, physical, psychological -- quickly damages the immune system.
4. Eat more fruits and vegetables. They have flavonoids that have anti-bacteria activity. Avoid excessive sugar intake. Consume more garlic, onions, and culinary herbs.
5. Ingest healthy probiotic bacteria. These friendly gut bacteria Improve certain aspects of the immune system.
6. Reduce or eliminate smoking. Keep alcohol consumption low or moderate.
7. Drink more tea (up to mid afternoon) - Drinking tea appears to boost the immune system. Non-tea drinkers who downed two to four small cups of black tea per day for two weeks appeared to be better able to fight off bacterial infections. As an explanation for tea's benefits, experiments in the lab revealed that an ingredient found in black, green, oolong and pekoe teas boosted the ability of immune system cells to attack a bacterial invader. The experiments used ethylamine, which is produced when the tea ingredient L-theanine is broken down in the liver.
8. Get a massage. Massage therapy reduces cortisol levels.
9. Pray, meditate, listen to music, or find a way to still your mind.
10. Do yoga, or relaxed breathing and stretching, at least once or twice a week.
Besides you can take medicines as per doctor's orders but keep recourse to them to the minimum. They induce sort of dependence. Avoid it. They are at best a help and not a substiute to a more regulated life style.
It appears that you have probably a cogentially weak constitution. You will have, therefore, keep away from infection of any kind.Keep participation in gathering to a social minimum and guard against the slightest symptom of disturbance e.g an oncoming attack of cold, upset stomach etc.If you follow a strict regimen the indifferent health will soon be a nightmare of the past.Good luck.

Taking probiotic supplements and vitamin D3 are good immune system boosters. Get a natural source multivitamin at the health food store -- the ones you have are synthetic and your body doesn't recognize them as food. Natural vitamins don't make anyone puke. Genital warts are the result of being infected with a socially transmitted disease, not the fault of a weak immune system. See a professional Homeopath. Homeopathy can cure genital warts or any other kind of warts. Conventional medicine can't do much for you.
