lthe last ninja, I promise I will say no more on the regrettable lack of proper speech usage on this site. Besides, someone has accused me of substituting the word "axe" for "ask", which I assure you I have never done. Sounds a little racist to me.

Joy C, it's "everyone's", not "every-ones".

It's not going to be your last time though is it? You're obviously too worked up about it.

I think you need to be a little more forgiving - I can't speak for the person you're ranting at but for a LOT of people on this site English is not their first language. Even if you can speak many other languages it is not fair to expect all non-native speakers to understand what many native English speakers fail to.

Of course, if you were ranting about some of the people in Immigration who rant about immigrants needing to learn English, without being able to speak or write it correctly themselves, then I'm completely with you.

I knew that before you were in diapers. I am a computer teacher. It is one of my pet bugaboos. The other two are people that can't capitalize the word I, and those that spell the word alot. It should be a lot.

What are you, every-ones English teacher or something. Take a pill, I bet you end up dead at an early age from a heart attack or something. Its only a word.

Yes and axe means to chop in half or the tool used to do it and not to question someone. Got it?

I KNOW!!!! Gaa, this pisses me off as well. I hate the people who leave questions like this, with MUCH WORSE spelling errors, then get mad at US for not giving right answers!!!!

If you want answers, BE ABLE TO TELL US WTF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!!

example:

"Because of your question, I have determined that you're really good at spelling"
