I think it is old fashion. Personally with a mini skirt I find shear to waist pantyhose in suntan or off black usually looks good. Also heels should be worn. When I am dressed like this, I get a lot of attention. But of course I am a guy in drag and I am use to people staring, giggle, giggle.

i'm in my view no longer an excellent fan of the leggings decrease than skirts and issues form. It became ok while it first "got here out" yet now I merely see maximum of ladies who do it and would't pull it off that i'm unwell of it. many times ladies placed on them decrease than jean skirts and blouse-clothing, a minimum of those are the only approaches i think of they provide the effect of being ok. merely persist with sturdy black or different darkish colored leggings. No white or sheer or crocheted or varieties pleaaase!

It is SUCH an 80's look.
We wore both--flats OR heels. Heels if you had a little lace on the bottom of the leggings, and if they were just plain, then flats.
80's...I don't believe 80's fashion is back... I wonder if I have my Madonna belly shirts somewhere...my black rubber bracelets...my lace overshirts....

Definitley a do! it looks hot the 80's look is totaly in! both heels and flats look good with this. You could also try funky patterns and colours with this look.

if you do legwarmers at all go with heels and I think they are an 80's thing that should stay in the 80's. Unless its january and your REALLY cold and cant find pants

yes looks soooo good if you have the right legs for it. I would wear it with flats unless you like the erin brokovich look. I wear flats when I wear that. hope this helped. I am sure you will look good no matter what though.
