Ok, so there have been a few times when I will be sitting alone, and I hear a song, or a conversation I had earlier in my ear ( like I was listening to a walkman or something), but there is only me with no tv, radio or anything. What the heck is that?

Sometimes when you're alone your mind drifts and suddenly focuses on a memory of something you did. Usually it's important. It's happened to me on occasion.

If you are hearing the exact some conversation it could be some type of flashback. True flashbacks happen when a person really believes they are repeating something in their head and begin acting it out. We normally use the term to describe a memory that pooped into our head. It could have something to do with psychic ablities that you don't have control over. Hopefully you do not have the type of sensitvity that will attract spirits/ghosts. If the conversation you hear is a little different or if the music you hear is not modern (made within the past 20 yrs.) You could be having past-life regressions. Most people that have past-life regressions have been put under hypnosis. I don't know much on the subject but material should not be hard to find.

You could also simply have a very vivid memory of sounds.

Some people's memories seem to be stronger than others. I've heard of people who's brains can recreat the signals created by the original event that left the memory imprint. Could be you're crazy too. But hey don't worry! It's a crazy world...

You're probably just remembering the song or conversation. It's also possible that it may be an early sign of schitzophrenia or something.
The same exact thing happens to me, except it's not anything really familiar to me.
