there is no easy way to answer this so it goes no, you can't lose 20 in 2 weeks, Don't put your slef under any pressure to do so, you can probally lose 20 in about 6 weeks at the most. What is teh function that you need to lose that much weight to begin with? is it worth it no ,if can prolblly lose 10 here what you do, no fast food all, no bread, fish, chicken are your friends, no salty snacks, more friut and vegies, replace one meal a day with Ensure not slimfast, that product can casue irregular heatbeats.
start running, or bike riding, or rollerbaldeing.
Now here the magic sercet to look like you lost 20 not 10 try a giddle it works belive me it works.

Exercise and an EXTREME diet... like majorly reducing your caloric intake. PS 20lbs in two weeks is NOT HEALTHY so dont care me from the ER in 13 days!

just simply eat salad only homemade nothing from fast food resturants dont eat ice burg lettuce it has no dietary fibers at all
