It's tough to remove these odors. The bacteria and fungi from the spoiled food have produced gasses that bond chemically with the plastic liner in the refrigerator. Ozone will take it out, because the reactive oxygen will go after these chemical bonds and break them down. If you don't have a friend or a neighbor with an old Alpine machine, here is a spray product for about $15.00 that has a similar reaction, and should be effective:

assuming you didn't keep all the spoiled food in there, which would be an egg-headed thing to do, then the smell was there in the first place, but wasn't as bad because of the cold. when bad-smelling things heat up, they smell worse. (that's why morgues have refrigerators).
you need to thoroughly clean your fridge. windex every square inch of the inside, and then remove the bottom panel from the freezer and fresh food sections (you'll need a screwdriver). you'll be surprised what you'll find under there. clean it out and wash it down with ammonia. when you're all done, turn the fridge back on and put two or three opened boxes of baking soda in the fresh food compartment and the freezer.

Clean it out with hot water and bleach. Keep it open let air out , then use a spray bottle with bleach and water in it to spray a mist into the refrigerator. Get boxes of baking soda and put them in the freezer and frig to absorb odor.

Throw away the food that has spoiled, baking soda works ok but I have found that putting coffee grounds in the frig over night works getting the mold smell out than use bleach and water to clean the frig from top to bottem, than turn it on and let it get cold before you put anything in there. Than go out and replace all the food that got spoiled.

Empty it completely. Clean it with water and bleach. Let it dry and then put a box of baking soda in it. Are you in CA? I am. I was lucky, no power outage where I'm at.
