Yes, absolutely. First of all, you're making your first point, Second of all, the second point of your story, and third of all, that's the end of my story.

It would be acceptable to say "first of all" when explaining the first item or point in a list of multiple items, but when explaining your second point, you would be better off saying "secondly, ...". Likewise, your third point could be expressed as "thirdly", or just "next". The phrase "...of all" should be reserved for your first point to avoid becoming repetitive or cumbersome.

first of all means that out of all that I tell you the first one is the most important. Same for 2nd and 3rd, etc. The last things are important but not as important as the 1st.

When you're listing a number of options, other than counting them on your fingers or simply numbering them 1, 2, etc., you could say "First of all, ...." "Second of all...." etc. But you don't usually use the "of all" notation beyond "first". After that, you usually say "Secondly...." "Thirdly...." etc.

Nope. By the time you get to the third, it's thirdly.

"First of all" means initially or primarily.
"second of all" means next after the first.
"thirdly" is usually used next.

It is the list of things you are saying. Not necessarily in importance, because some people will say and last but not least.

I'd use "thirdly" instead. Once, twice, three times a lady. Sing it Lionel.
