So anyone who disagree's with Israel is anti semite - nice way to shut people up. Israel has an entire army of people dedicated to putting ut thier side of the story and suppressing any contrary reports.
Israel is afraid to let outsiders investigate thier army on a charge of dileberate murder. "The UN isn't good enough" ?
They ocupy lands with brutal force and go out of thier way to make sure Israel has a majority of one religion -thiers.
They have killed others in Lebenon and only portray them as sub humans that can't reason. Anyone who argues are said to be racist. Hmm ???
Their citezens (Israeli) are being killed that is a sad reality but they ae giveing as good as they get.but they can't bring themselves to admit that the other side is a party that gives the citezens of Lebenon water medice schools and hospitals exactly the same way the Israeli government tries to do for it's people.This all sounds like the propagands that Germany told thier own people to justify Poland

unfortunatley whenever any one asks questions concerning the crimes israel is doing you receive such answers, ppl are attacking you just because you have differnet opinion than their own, they accuse you of being racist or anti semite, sometimes its worth you are then called terrorist, knowing who is the real terrorist & unfortunatley having a powerfull country backing them although they at the same time claim that they are fighting for democracy they are using prohibited weapons but of course they have the right to do so poor israel they are defending themselves which gives them the reason to do whatever but if you are fighting for the freedom of your country you are terrorist. They say that they are fighting for the land that belonged to them long ago, but they didn't mention why did they leave it before knowing that they were not kicked out from it by others, and they didn't return except when united kingdom was fed up from them & decided to get rid of them using another country, Palastine...... the history is full of facts that of courses is considered lies to them any ways as long as there is life on earth this war will never end, sometimes it is hidden and other times its open, this war won't end until the judgment day, jewes have disobeyed mouses before several times and they asked him to show them god, what do you expect from ppl who disobeyed god and their prophet.

Wow. Where to start...
1. Plenty of entities disagree with Israel, and only the one that want them all dead as a matter of principal are anti-semetic
2. What country doesn't put out its own favorable propaganda???
3. Israel is a sovereign nation, and is allowed to investigate themselves, just as the United States is.
4. Israel is one of the only countries in that area allows religious freedom.
5. Hezbolla is a known terrorist organization, who bases themselves amongst civilians, for the sole purpose of ensuring civilian casualties if they are attacked. If the Lebanese truly believe they are helping them, they are sadly mistaken.

Doesn't Israel have a right to defend itself? They have been fighting over there for longer than we have been born. We don't know the whole story and only get what the news feeds us. I bet there is more to this.

Also, Israel has tried peaceful means with others. They gave up the Gaza Strip but, Palistines want more and are still killing others to get it.

As for the UN it's worthless.

Hey Jim, check to see who started the shooting. It was of course Hezbollah, who BTW blew up a school today. What do you expect the Jews to do about such things? Nothing? Just go ahead, and lay down and die? If the Jews wanted to wipe out the Arabs as bad as the Arabs want to wipe out the Jews...... all the Arabs would be gone by now. Hamas and Hezbollah have the goal of the complete destruction of Israel in their charters. Israel just wants to be left alone. Ans as long as these little terrorist groups are kicking them in the shins, they are going to strike back, and innocent people are going to get caught up in the middle. And yes.... anyone comparing Israel defending itself after an unprovoked attack, to the Nazi's invading Poland, sounds like an anti-Semite to me.

I have been wondering the same thing. Haven't they always been the ones to talk of incineration. I've seen pictures of hordes of incinerated Lebonese recently. If you could only see the pictures of what is going on over there. The pictures are going around on line. Not in the paper.

Israel is trying to defend itself from constant attacks by terrorists given free reign by the incompetent government of Lebanon. Let me answer your question in the following analysis

1. Israel is a small country by size
2, Israel is a powerful country in terms of influence in US
3. Israelis suffered a lot during the WW II
4. Israel had a difficult path to found its country and is surrounded by Arab countries
5. History & Geography (3&4) could lead Israel to strong sense of insecurity
6. Sense of insecurity could then lead to drastic measures to protect themselves, such as unlawful acquisition of land to creat a buffer zone, unlawful acts to kill people and enemies (thought-to-be, not necessary true enemies, e.g. some of them are peace keeping force)
7. Such unlawful acts (at least in the eyes of those being attacked) create hatred and grudge
8. Such hatred and grudge turn into counter-attacks, such counter-attacks breed even more sense of insecurity
9. Conclusion: there is an imbalance of size (population and land size) with the goal of Israeli government (to achieve maximum sense of security), and the mean to achieve that goal is through military actions backed by strong lobbying in US.
10. Solution: Only by adjusting the goal (by easing the sense of insecurity, efforts needed to be done by Arab countries), and adjusting the mean to achieve that goal (taking more options into consideration, not just military, efforts needed to be done by Israelis), can there be light to shed on the peace of Middle East.

Let's pray for peace in Middle East. Let's pray for the courage of politicians to take steps to reach agreement and resolve resentment.
