My thumb because I am a retard

I stabbed my big toe on a nail the other day, and cut my thumb the next. Although walking was hard after the toe incident, not using a thumb is worse.

Big Toe, it would completely screw up your balance but you could eventually learn to compensate and be able to walk. The thumbs are by far the most important digits on your body. Try breaking one, even on your non-dominant had, having it imobilized for a month and see how many things you need it for.
