Try looking for the obvious signs. If she likes you, she'll be looking at you a lot, so therefore look at her a lot (not stare...that's just creepy lol). If you're eyes meet, you got a chance to flirt. When/If you're eyes meet, and she smiles, then you go over and talk to her. She's probably pretty interested then. Or what you could do is just go up to her and have a good conversation. Flirt with her a lot too. Be decent...unless she's the kind of girl that doesn't like that kind of guy. Best of luck!

ya, go for it, i did and we had a blast, and also, life is about taking chances, so get out there and tell her how you feel, and if you want to go out with her, then ask her out!
