Yes - but it would take forever, because the moon reflects light to a much lower degree than the sun emits it, let alone the invisible ultraviolet light that causes tanning.

So I guess it would, but there isn't much point in putting on your bikini at sundown, no matter how gothic you are.

Yes, you become pale from being out in the dark all night lying under the moon. So I guess it is a white mans tan only.

no, there is no such thing as moon light, it is sunlight reflecting off of the moon, uv rays are too weak at night

Absolutely not. There is not enough energy reflected of of the moon to cause you skin to tan.
