exfoliate every day with baking soda, wash twice a day with dove soap. Use a good sunscreen that contains zinc oxide in it. Read your lables.

my fix is to take a nice hot shower and squeeze them they come out alot easier that way ive tried washing scrubing exfoliating clay mask the strips that are suppose to clean your pores and also the suction pore cleaner basically i ve wasted alot of money on crap that dont work

Steam will help to open up your pores so you can get rid of the build up in there.

just run your fingernails across them with pressure immediately after a shower, they should clean out as you get close to each one......DO NOT SQUEEZE THEM
