I have it but i can't seem to sit down far enough before I fall. I take lessons every tues. and im in Freeskate 4. Can someone help me?

i had that problem too on the same level I just did lots of squats and then when I felt stonger I did right leg squats then left leg squats and it helped a lot

It's basic skating, but practice shoot-the-duck, alternating skates; it will help you `sit' down close to the ice.
