Contact your local charities. Most utilities can not be shut off if you notify them that a person in the family has a medical condition. Just because you filed bankruptcy does not mean you cant get a loan. You should also contact welfare to see if they can help you. I would get a phone book and call every charity and social service agency there is. Never be to proud to accept help if it is for the well being of your children.

First of all if you have a medical necessity for electricity and provide the utility company with that information they CANNOT turn off the electricity necessary to maintain life.
Depending on the area you live in, TV or radio stations frequently collect school supplies for children in need and make them available to you at no cost.
Finanally there are many organizations that can help you with no cost or very low cost clothes. Among them are the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, various other church charities.can help there.
You are probably aware of various food banks to help you through this area but if not ask the groups above.
Now as to the debt, I assume you have little income. If you are not on welfare benefits you need to apply for TANIF (temporary assistance for families in need), food stamps, ADC, and anything else you qualify for.
You then need to contact a consumer credit counseling service and ask them how and if they can help you handle your debt. You need to cut up all credit AND debit cards and PAY WITH CASH anything you buy. If you can't afford it, you DON'T BUY IT.
You CANNOT afford cigarettes, any form of alcohol including beer and unnecessary trips that use gas. Walk, or bike ride or anything else.
If you have to work at McDonalds or a fast food joint, do it. There are jobs available in this country, , , you just have to swallow your pride in some cases and show you are willing to work in order to get the job you need.
You also need to sell anything and everything you do not NEED (note I do not say want, I mean need). That can mean among other things, unnecessary furniture, toys that are not used, outgrown good clothes, stereo, TV, VCR, DVD, movies, and anything else. Apply ALL money to NEEDS only (not new clothes, or fast food, or ANYTHING wasteful). Before you spend a penny, ask yourself, is this ABSOLUTELY necessary? If it isn't, don't spend the money.
Communicate with all your creditors (unless you get involved with a credit counselor) and tell them your situation and tell them you will resume payments as soon as you are able. Do this IN WRITING, not by phone as you do not want to have to argue with them over anything. If they call, refer them to the counselor. Take this pressure off your back.
Spend time with your kids, a lot of time with them so they will see that everything will be all right and you will be all right.
People have gotten through worse than this (think Hurricane Katrina and the war in Lebanon). You WILL survive, but you MUST take action NOW.
This is not pleasant and won't be for a while, but YOU CAN MAKE IT.
PS Sell the computer too.

try www.craigslist.com
click on your city
click under the 'free stuff' section
or do a search for what you want to get your kids for schools
2nd hand stores are great; sometimes have brand new clothes for 50 cents or less; Salvation Army; yard sales
try Consumer Credit Counseling; they are a consolidation service for your debts
try moving to a cheaper location, or living with parents
tell your husband to work at a retail store while he is looking for a job; at least that's income
get an evening job (waitresses at nice restaurants make great tips). get a weekend job
ask the school for help
ask a local church for help
itemize what you're spending and eliminate everything you don't really need (want vs. need) only what you need
don't eat out
drink water instead of soda/alcohol
don't smoke
you and the infant on the breathing machine stay with one of your friends who has electricity
sell what you don't need
unemployment from the government
good luck

First, if you go to the electric company they should be able to give you some assistants, and if not there are churches that help people in your predicament. Secondly I am sure that you have a Walmart somewhere around you, you could go to Walmart and get supplies, they have A LOT of supplies 2,3,4, and 5 for a dollar. Composition notebooks, glue sticks, crayons, pencils, pens, markers, etc... also for now if your children are able to fit the clothes that they had earlier this year and also this summer; it won't hurt them to wear those for awhile until you & your husband are able to purchase other clothing for them.

Is it the discomfort inflicting you to place in writing all this with the aid of fact Islam is the main suitable faith? Islam does not rigidity all people to do something each thing is finished with the aid of your individual will. Why do you spot purely the Muslims as terrorist? How approximately the one you love and Hero Mr. Bush? i think of he's the biggest terrorist in the worldwide. whilst he kills is in basic terms by the fact he fights for the forged whilst your nuns hide their heads that with the aid of fact they're believing yet whilst Muslim lady's hide their head they're oppressed. What a bull sh**t. i think of you Christians refuse to admit which you're strolling on the incorrect part. could Allah bless you all and open your eyes. we've some problems internally yet who does not have this. stay could be no longer so marvelous if it may be primary sunshine. Now you bypass forward and supply different factors which will teach your uneasiness approximately your individual soul no longer your individual faith with the aid of fact all faith are suitable purely we are (people) the guy who make the diversities in accordance to what we adore and dislike. i'm hoping you get the element. Open your eyes my buddy and notice the reality.

Are you getting unemployment? What about welfare and food stamps? Do you work while he stays home with the kids? Do you have things you can sell? Are you a member of a church that will help you?
One of you needs to get a job. You don't both need to be home with the kids.

I would try a church, a lot of them have food banks and cloths. Depending on you state there are a lot of them that also have programs just before school were you get school supplies.
I would call the school also they may know what programs there are to help your children have what they need to start school

Ask help from your parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts and other blood relatives of yours. What about the relatives of your husband, do you think they will be nice enough to help? You should do something for your kids' sake.
