I use several programs to edit my photos. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Corel Photopaint, and Jasc Paint Shop Pro. They all have the ability to create layers that you place on to of each other.
Some programs call the layers, some call the Rasters. I can't remember which one photoshop uses.
Anyway, you would have to do a little artwork with the Object tool. When you're finished, go back and use the eraser to make it look edgy. You can actually do all that in Windows Paint... but layers are better and easier to use.

You can do it a different way but this might be difficult! Open your pictures up in Paint and use the scissors thing and draw around what you need. Then click Copy, start Paint again without clicking New and paste it and do it again until you end up with the blended photo.

It's called the HELP button. It probably says HELP on it. It will HELP you. You can also download Tutorials from the Photoshop website. Just Google "Photoshop tutorials" Or go to college and take "graphics" It's a one year certificate or 2 year degree. Just don't expect anyone to type a whole tutorial in yahoo! Answers!
