Well, lets assume that it is just an excuse to commit genocide and secure middle east resources. It doesn't seem like either part of the plan is going very well.
We just crushed the Army of the country with the 2nd largest oil reserves. And we're letting them keep the revenue from the oil they're producing.
Seems to me with the fire power we have it would have been more efficient to just level the place and not even send in troops.
I think we were just showing off using the expensive guided weapons to pinpoint targets, a few tactical nukes and there wouldn't have even been any bodies to deal with.
Where is all this oil we were securing anyway.

I think the "War on Terror" is absolutely an American misnomer for imperialism. Why doesn't America ever wage a war in Africa? Oh that's right.... there's no OIL in Africa.

No oil in Africa...correct, but what about Mogadishu in Somalia. We were dropping in food and resources to help the impoverished people.

I wouldn't go as far as saying "genocide" but it's looking like it is used to get their oil.
