If you are English change your nationality like one of the trendy foreign managers - French, Portuguese, Spanish they're all in the Premiership.
You also need a European name like someone famous how about Zinadine Materazzi, bit French bit Italian but don't let it go to your head or your friends might think you're a nutter!

u cant be manajer withour players =)
then u've got a lot of experiance and skill to be a good manajer, u dont want to be the lower-class manajer, dont u??
well, to be a manajer in premier league like u said...u need a lot + a bunch + a million guts...it's a hot seat dude...
everybody will try to "kill" u...
