How do i change the passenger side headlights?

I am having trouble reaching the passenger side day beam light. How do i remove the air intake duct so that i can access the day beam light and replace it with a new one. The dealer is asking for 45$ to change...anyone can help me

Lemme guess, you own an audi?

The plastic shroud is held on by three screws in the upper radiator support, take them out then pull back on it to pop it out. The rest of it comes apart with clips, make sure to disconnect the electrical connectors and be careful with the mass air flow sensor.
