cut your calories and spread them throughout the day into 5 or 6 small meals, do 30-45 mins of cardio each am and pm, and drink about a gallon of water a day every day until 2 days before. then cut you water intake to about 4 glasses a day and let your body flush all the excess water out. no guarantees on losing a full 5 pounds, but this should get you the closest.

and cutting calories means eating good foods too, not just less junk food.

Hate to say it, but the best way is to eat a tiny bit of food. No more than 1 meal a day, not a huge meal either, and no fast food or junk. If you get hungry in between, just drink something. Good luck.

eat lest food one time day drink loot of fiji water or jame juice and don't eat after 5pm dance in you room that like work out

You could try a fast...thats when you drink nothing but juice...no eating at all though...just drinking juice...and taking vitamins...but you have to be careful when you do that

ur best bet is to lose water weight....they have pills at GNC and prob walmart that help you lose water weight
