I do - that's the kind of relationship my husband and I have had almost since the day we met (over 27 years ago). Even our meeting was "fairty tale" romantic.

It's out there -- but I think most people aren't willing to wait for it. They'd rather accept something less just to be with someone. It's sad, because when it's right it's SO good!

I think that it is possible, but sometimes a relationship does take more then just the fairy tale feelings of love. Sometimes, a relationship takes compromise, and hard work.
If you marriage is a fairy tale, then good for you. Do not be bothered by what other people think! All that matters is that you and your husband love each other and are happy.

sure do! My husband and I have that love. Sometimes we will just lay on the couch and giggle. We are always happy and are always laughing. I feel like we are in a fairy tale. You'd think we were newly weds, but we've been married for a while! I'm to here that others have that type of marriage. Congratulations! Not too many couples out there can be truly happy with who they marry.

I look forward to him arriving home from work and I truly smile everytime I talk to him on the phone.

no. all marriages have their ups and downs. It's normal.
there are days when it may seem a fairy tale and days when it may seem like the complete opposite.
Fairy Tale is make-believe, Believing that everything will be perfect forever and ever and nothing will ever be upsetting. It's sadly, not true.

however, with that said, if you want to believe that your marriage is a fairy tale, then go on believing it. You are the one in the relationship.

I DO believe in fairy tale kind of love....
My hubby and I have a fairy tale kind of love. A sick twisted fairy tale with a bunch of bullsh** along the way.
Our fairy tale probably has one of the most interesting plots ever put into a fairy tale.

But he's certainly my prince charming.

In every fairy tale there is an ending. Don't think just because your marriage is perfect that it can go on for ever, things change and people change.

Let me put it this way. your marriage can be just what you make of it. I feel that if there are no money problems (money problems can add stress to a marriage) and you have gone through the storms already.....I believe you can live almost like a fairy tale.

Fairy tales are called fairy tales because they're fictional, and fiction is not real. There is no real fairy tale love. If there was everyone would live happily ever after, and that will never happen.

Nope --- people who feel the need to tell everyone they have a perfect life, marriage, etc usually have problems. If it really was a fairy tale, why would you be talking about it on Yahoo?

well, fairy tales may not be the word, but i do believe that 2 people can compliment each other so well that they feel like they are on cloud 9 for years and years....keep up the good work and make sure communication, spontaneity, trust, understanding, and hard work all come into play for the rest of your marriage.... you can come close to having your knight in shining armor (or as one of my ex-gf said of me..greek god- too bad she dumped me a few years later...my fairy tale ended darkly, i pray yours doesnt!)
