You can't always look at a person and guess their ethnicity, especially hispanics. They come in many shades and from many different backgrounds(black, indian, white...) the biggest thing hispanics share is language, spanish. So as for the girl in the photo, my guess is that she is hispanic.

It is not possible know what background a person has. Not all Hispanics look alike. There are Hispanics that are blond and have blue eyes.
No one should assume what someones race is. Is it that important to know?...

possibly half Hispanic, or 3/4ths Hispanic. if her hair is naturally like that, theres no way she's 100% Hispanic. if she puts alot of product in her hair, anybody can make it look like that, her complexion is about right for having at least one parent or grand parent Hispanic. its hard to tell.

Depends on her heritage, not her color. You'd be surprised as to how many hispanics there are that are not darkly tanned with black hair and brown eyes.
