Your alternator is failing and your car is running straight off the battery and not recharging it. This can be changed relatively easy on most cars. the part can be from $150-$300 depending on your make and model. The labor can get expensive unless you know someone to do it for you. Not a very complicated repair if someone has basic mechanical skills.
You should do this before it runs your battery down too far and strnds you. If it gets run down too far too many times you may have to replace it as well.
Good Luck!

You may have either a weak alternator output or some corrosion in a main power feed. The voltage issue needs to be checked out by a mechanic or autozone employee. Its good you noticed it before the car died on you.
Low voltage can cause all sorts of electrical buggers, blinkers included.

Most likely a bad alternator. Get it fixed. Your battery should come back to life, but buy a new battery before winter. Good luck.

Your battery may be needing replacement. The blinker being slow means the fuse (buser?) needs to be replaced. Usually an auto parts store like Checkers or AutoZone will test your battery for free to see if it needs replaced. Good luck.

It sounds like your alternator is starting to fail. Take your car to Advanced Auto or Auto Zone. They test these things for free! To be sure they're not trying to just say its bad and sell you an alternator, watch the volts when they are testing your car. It should read between 13.5 and 14.5 with the car running.
