If they are rings, raised around the edges, and down in the middle... that's ring worm. Need a doctor for that.

If they're raised and kinda scaly, it's probably ringworm. Go to the pharmacy and get over the counter Lotrimin - your pharmacist can show you the right one. Follow package directions until the rash goes away and do it another day longer. If it gets worse or doesn't get better in a couple of days, see a doctor.

if they are a series of small bumps that form a circle it sounds like a ring worm you need to not scratch it to keep it from spreading and to kill it use clear nail polish apply a good coat over and around the entire affected area it will suffocate and die that is the only home remedy i know that works otherwise go to the doc and they will give you some meds to clear it up

It could be bed bug bites, or possibly ring worm, although that is usually bigger. Go get checked by a doctor.

Do they look like these, these are an example of bed bug bites: http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images/view?back=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.search.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%2Fimages%3Fp%3Dbed%2Bbug%2Bimages%26ei%3DUTF-8%26fr%3Dslv1-%26x%3Dwrt&w=300&h=169&imgurl=www-personal.usyd.edu.au%2F%7Esdoccett%2Fbedbug%2Fbites.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww-personal.usyd.edu.au%2F%7Esdoccett%2Fbedbug&size=63.5kB&name=bites.jpg&p=bed+bug+images&type=jpeg&no=12&tt=7,832&ei=UTF-8
