I watched an autopsy once and they drained the eye fluids from the guy with a big 'ole needle.
I'm sure they do remove contacts.

What a very wierd question! I would imagine that the lens would fall out on their own anyhow after drying out. If not, then I have no idea what mortician would do, or if he would notice, but I'm pretty sure they know to look for things like that.
Also, any ringtones they have downloaded.... they take those ;)
