take a shower. If you dont have a toy and cant be manually stimulated, I find that the pressure from the shower stream can hit it just right and with alittle imagination..whala.:)

well have you tried toys? I would not recommend in this day and age just choosing anyone to fulfill your desires... you may want to handle them yourself for the time being..Try the rabbit or the butterfly (my personal favorite)
