Anyone know what vitamins are good pre/post surgery I have to get abdominal adhesions removed for the 5th?

Time . I guess the anathesia has a huge effect on me (temp hair loss,Depression etc.) and if anyone know how to prevent the lysis from returning I'd be grateful ,

You better be carefull. There are some supplements that will slow the healing, some will make it harder to stop any bleeding. You better check with the doctor to find out what you can and can't take.
