IN essense Dr Watson is a help to you. He is a ficticious little soul in your task manager and if you activate him he works as a debugger for your computer. I just used it myself not that long ago after going through some problems myself with a Dell computer.

Dr Watson comes with the Windows operating system and is very handy for anyone you get to work on your computer. Keep it on there, it's very important for diagnostics.

It is part of the OS. You should leave it alone as it is needed.
