This is a difficult situation you find yourself in. I would have the boy there with me when I told them. I would start with my mom and tell her first. Get ready for all the disappointments and what ever goes along with this. Good Luck, Sweetie. My thoughts are with you.

pick a time when they are both there and in a good mood and then sit them down in a room away from all other relatives and distractions and tell them the TRUTH. They will get angry at you but ddon't get mad, stay CALM. They might storm out of the room and refuse to talk to you, but they just need time to cool off, so don't go running after them and yelling. If they are true christians they will forgive. good luck, and remember, don't yell and be honest!

You just need to come out and tell them there is not a easy way there's nothing that you can do that will make it a better situation.Just be truthful to them about everything listen to what they have to say, don't argue with them about how they are feeling it will only make things worse. And do it alone don't take the father with you they may go in for the kill. GOOD LUCK Sweetie

Yes its hard to tell your parents even if their not GOD fearing that you expecting. Be honest with them while your family is about to finish dinner, let them know. The will be upset and disappointed as well as cry. Tell them that you did not mean to get yourself in this situation and your sorry for disappoint them. For the first couple of week they are not going to look at you the same but at least you it off your chest. God Bless you and after this please start using condoms and other type of birth control.

How old are you? Just be honest. Sit them down and say "Mom, Dad, I love you and I don't want you to be unhappy with me, but I need to be honest. I'm pregnant. I hope you'll forgive me and stand by my side."

Honestly. They will be so proud of you for coming to them and trusting them. Be proud of yourself for this difficult decision. There are many options open to you. Try to contact a Birthright Pregnancy Center. Their phone number is 1-800-550-4900. It's a 24hr. hotline to help you. It is probably you best option to talk through your situation before you talk with your parents.

Good luck and God Bless You and your baby!!

just wanted to say something that my name is amanda too. what i think that you should do is just be open and honst tell them since they are christian they should understand and not judge you oh and another if you have not told the guy tell him and if he skips out get him to pay child support. take it from someone who has seen it happen to someone really close to them.
i hope this help and another thing i will pray for you that you parents will understand and good luck.

I know how hard it is. i didn't want to tell my mom either she over herd me talking to my cousin. I rather her find out like that than me tell her.

Write a letter telling her exactly everything you want to say that way she can't interupt you and she can know everything you feel. Then let her approach you. Thats how i would have done it
