No he cannot not. Anyone under 18 must be with an immediate family member. Even if he was your "Cousin" they would have to contact your parents or guardian to get verbal permission for treatment. I had to send a permission note along with make a phone call to my child pedatrician so my mother in law could take her for her check up. If they treat you without your parents permission they could be in a lot of trouble.

Maybe, I know that when I went to ER with my husband they had to chronicle who came in with me. If he's your boyfriend that should be close enough but he cannot sign as your guardian and he cannot be used to approve any decisions that are held for someone 18 or over that is your guardian. However some clinics are confidential and will cater to people under 18.

It depends. Visiting rights tend to fall to family members, so if you, for example, want to see him in the ER or vice versa then there might be questions.

Then again, I regularly go to the hospital with my roommate, and there has never been a problem. I'd suggest you try not to be confrontational, anyway, since anyone who asks is probably just doing so out of personal curiosity. (It won't end up in your chart, or anything like that!)

Anybody is allowed to accompany you to the hospital.

But, if you are having sex with him, don't admit that. It could get him into a lot of trouble, since he is over 21 and you are under 18.

Yes, he can come with you, his and your personal life is none of their business. They shouldn't ask about the relationship without a really good reason.

yes, he can go with you. and they might ask about yalls relationship but, i don't think that they will say to much about it because 17 is almost an adult. so i see no harm in it.
