It's elmers clear glue. idk how it got there. cotton dress.

elmers usually washes out but treat with windex or 409 or fantastic and wash

have you tried adding a bit of heat so the glue melts? then you can pass a wet cloth over it and the glue will be out...

it is odd that you have that problem, though, as elmer's glue usually goes out when garments are washed (rinse in soap, that may do the trick)

Don't laugh but you have to pour pee on it (fresh urine) and let it soak then spray windex on it and it will break apart with a gentle rub with a towel.

Freeze it and it should peel off
