Lost, confused, alone?

What is the biggest reason today that people feel Lost, Confused, alone? It seems to be a large epidemic of people in all age groups.

All of your answers were good ones, it is such a shame to think that we have so many people, that have no place to turn for help, their used to be role models but there are so few today, and the Dr's seem to get richer giving out their pill and therapy and yet that is not the answer for most, most just want someone to love and care for them.
When I look at people in other countries who are so poor, and yet are so happy to be alive each day, and have no time to even think about being depressed, it makes me believe that we really are a spoiled nation. thank you all for your input.

Our world is geared today to self-satisfaction. It's all about ME.. The only thing is people were not designed to be all about ME. We were put here to build relationships the first and foremost a relationship with GOD. I think that is why people are so lost and alone today. You'll see even the richest people can"t stay happy long. I think our world needs to embrace GOD's never ending love.

People is lost because there is not enough right people to show them that they are needed.Confused because they are looking for the wrong thing and not looking for the right.Alone cause they don't know that are confused and lost in the right way to go to find happiness.

my reason for feeling alone is complex ,sometimes it starts with little things and gets worse ,pretty soon you feel lost in yourself.how you get there is immaterial,its how you get out is the million dollar question.some people say how you got there is relative to how you get out,to me its just dwelling on the past. if you believe you can-you will is my philosify.

People feel like this because of the situations they are in. Family relationships, love relationships...just name it.

nicely first I take a seat around & sense sorry for myself....thinking approximately each misfortune & undesirable element in my existence....& then I push all people away with the aid of fact i'm no longer in the temper for them nor do i desire to take heed to what the hell they ought to assert.... & then when I definitely have calmed myself down or a minimum of felt purely somewhat extra effectual....i proceed on & bypass on going approximately my company in this "merciless" worldwide...& in basic terms wait till the subsequent time i'm in this undesirable feeling so i will repeat the cycle.... so costly what i'm attempting to assert...is this is a development...it passes & comes lower back quickly....(nicely a minimum of for me it does)

the reason people feel that way is sex , people get raped for it or just have sex and dump the other , u have to make sure ur not being used and just love one another and dont think about those things thats gonna bring u wat u mentioned

yep it seems to be true sometimes. I think because you can't decide on what you want in life or may be you want too much in life .............
