The only definitive way to alter bust size is surgery. This is something you need to talk to your parents and doctor about.

I was you at age 13. Believe me, the feelings you have will go away. Girls are jealous even though they act like they are teasing you, boys are curious about them. Thay are mean, too. If you are a heavy girl, loosing weight will decrease their size. If you are proportioned and just have large brests, then just be proud of them. As you get older and the other girls catch up to you, it will be just a memory. I went from an A to C cup and got married in a E/F cup. You are in a winning position here. Take care of your body and respect yourself. They are not weapons or tools. Remind everyone that your eyes are "up here" when they talk to you!

Unfortunatlly there's not alot you can do, about the size anyway. That's all you darlin. What you are going to want to do is go and get fitted for a bra. What you're looking for is one with alot of support that fits you correctly. They say that almost all women wear the wrong bra size. I know the JC Penny in my town does fittings for free. Next time you go for a checkup ask your doctor if their should be any reason to be concerned. I know people that have back problems from large breasts.

Baby95, When I was your age we just learned to accept how we looked. Now you can have surgery, but I'd wait until you are done growing! There are so many styles of clothes to chose from to help you feel more comfortable. Good Luck!

You are just 13 year old, still at teenage period. Such body changes in you gives you a strange feeling and thinking of many things such as it is big,or you might say it is not in good shape,etc..,etc...You are on the period of self discovery as puberty makes much changes in your body. You are at the stage that you can not avoid self-consciousness particularly relating to your body shape. Most teens even feel ashamed in their figure changes. That is common feeling among teenagers, don't worry.Wear a well fitted bra and avoid wearing tight shirts as this will make you more "conscious".You are still young to think of surgery.Keep your chin up.
