there could have been the slightest tear in the condom and she could have gotten pregnant even if there was a hole poked with a pin there would be a chance of getting pregnant

Maybe the condom broke. It could have had a tiny hole or it could have been an old condom.

the condom could of had a pin hole in it . they are not 100% safe if you read the box its just a precaution . or hope she didn't have sex with someone else
