okay, i am on a grapefruit diet, and its amazing!! I lost 7 lbs in a week and 3 days, the first 4 days that your on it you wont lose anything, but the 5th day, u should lose 5 lbs and then after that, u lose 2 lbs every week, okay, you cant have anything high in starch, sugar, or calories, that means, no potatoes, chips, mac and cheese, bread, candy, pop, junk food, fast food, or anything like that, this is what i eat everyday for it to work, after every meal you eat, u HAVE to drink a half cup of grapefruit juice or it wont work
Breakfast:
2 eggs-any style
2 peices of bacon
grapefruit juice
Dinner or lunch
Salad, with dressing, any type
Any kind of meat, and u can have as much as you want
grapefruit juice
Supper:
Meat, any kind
vegetable, any kind
salad
grapefruit juice
I know you may get tired of being on this diet, cuz i have, but trust me, it works great!!!! and ive lost 11 lbs so far and ive only been on it for 2 weeks!!! good luck!!

I don't know about your diet but if you make small exercise changes you can lose the weight. Instead or sitting while watching TV stand. Instead of sitting at your desk stand. If time isn't a concern, take a slightly longer route while shopping or going to the office.

Quick diets do not work. Eat five separate fruits and vegetables a day. Exercise more. Eat less, especially fatty foods.

take a look at the food pyramid. try to make up somemeals using the pyramid. exercise...do some videos and remember, it takes time. dont do a work out video everyday. you will be VERY sore. make sure you stretch. and drink more water. seriously it help soooo much i promise!! good luck. : )
