Is it actually wauboo~1.exe?
If so this is an adware program by clickspring.
If you don't have them, go to download.com and download Adaware and Spybot. Install them, update the definitions, then scan. They should locate and clean the problems.
This mainly creates pop ups, etc.

that is a virus or a spyware erase it cause this lets hackers access your pc with out you knowing or may be a trojan has well

if so, then you should remove it..go to control panel->add/remove program, find it and remove it.
