Reptiles do not hear the same way mammals do, they pick up vibrations but do not hear specific sounds the way we do, the loud music would just be intense vibrations to them, and whereas they cannot go deaf from this they can become unsettled and stressed due to the intensity of the vibrations.
Although interestingly enough I have trained my House Snake to eat on cue to the music of Tool... but even so, you can play loud music but keep it at a soft volume...

it's never a good idea to blast music with your pets, or yourself for that matter. It may scare them and there is a big possibility that they could lose some or their hearing abilities

Geckos- yes.
Turtles- no, since they do not have 'ears' they way we think of them. However- the vibrations will be very stressful to them!
It is not good for you, either.

Anything that has an eardrum can have it rupture from too loud music. That includes your reptiles, and you.
