First Gentleman, or "Mr. My Wife Is A Better Man I".

First Lady
Given the fact that President is masculine by term and that if a woman is elected, she will be called Mr. President, then it would only be fair to call her husband: First Lady.
I'm sure that feminists would simply LOVE that !!

The First Gentleman. That's what he's called on Commander in Chief w/ Geena Davis as President.

The old ABC show "Commander in Chief" referred to him as "the first gentleman" Sounds good to me. Of course, if its Bill Clinton, you still could refer to him as Mr. President because he is a former president.

If it turns out to be Hillary, the title will likely be first-ex.

PS- If the title turns out to be First Gentleman, and it is Bill, I am going to spend four years laughing my butt off every time I hear it.

It will be awhile before we have to worry about that. Not that I have anything against a female President. Just none running (that have a chance in hell) currently.
