like what is the pay (9.00hr 10 hr?)

Not alot and it depends on the area you work in. Often it is only 1 buck an hour over what a new hire makes. If you are a long time emp, maybe a buck more then you are now getting. Radio Shi* does not pay alot

the AMs only make a couple of dollars more an hour than the regular sales associates. it isn't worth all the work you will have to do being the AM, but it is a stepping stone to becoming a manager i guess. the company is doing really crappy right now anyways, cutting hours, etc.....so if you have other options i would look around.

It depends, but my guess per year is $22-28K. Assistant isnt much really...
