Did you make or get lots of prank calls before all the phone technology that shows us who is calling?
Any examples?

HAHAHA

Yeah, I made a lot of calls with my friends while in school. We would say stupid things, like speak in Spanish and the people who answered wouldn't know what to do..

What we did the most was go to the mall and write down the phone number for the pay phones (a lot of them were lined up together) and we would just sit and call them on rainy days. We would let the phone ring and when it was answered, we would hang up and call one 2 phones over and then the same person would answer and then we would call another one next to it and so on...

People at the mall would play along and we could hear them laughing because we were making them scramble around to try to answer the phones - it was so much fun!!!

It worked best when we had 2 lines to play with and we would call one phone and then call the one next to it at the same time and the person who answered would be confused because the same person was calling those two phones...

OOOH, I wish I could do this again...haha

I still receive prank calls and on my cell no less. I dont think that this new technology you speak of really changes much. People will find any way they can to have what they call "fun". Caller IDs do seed out a lot of prank callers and there are other way of getting rid of unwanted callers, but like I said, I dont think anyone will ever be able to keep all prank calls away.
