I would eat there!!! I think this is a great idea. I dont really like eating fast food so whenever Im out Im always stuck eating Subway and the only meats I eat are fish and turkey. Mc.veggie would be cool because ppl who want a better alternative will be able to have restrurant choices.

You could not do it. The "Mc" has been added to names before and McDonalds sued and won for trademark infringement. Now there will be people who say stores that have a Mc in front but I know first hand they come in with lawyers and sue... if they want the product. Like a restaurant that was called "McBagels". They sued and won even though the "Mc" was part of the owners last name.
As for veggie stuff... go for it anyway. But come up with original name. It would fly out in California due to all the veggie eaters.

Starting a successful restaurant is a lot of work. About 60% of all restaurants close withing 3 years of opening. If you end up being in the 60%, how will you be affected financially?

If suggest that you do not call your food offerings "crap." That attitude will be detected by your staff and patrons, and your business will fail.

Do it, I've been saying for years that this country needs a damn good fast food restaurant that offers quality, organic healthy foods. Lots of whole grains, fruit salads, hummus, chicken salads, etc. Organic is the way to go.
