One of my favourite actresses, Piper Laurie, played Auntie Em. sadly the film did not get a major release at the cinema or on DVD but it was good and very imaginative. If you are an OZ fan look out for Wicked the Musical which is coming to London before Christmas. It is based on The book Wicked - well worth a read.

Own the Movie-not sure where the original outfits are, probably sold at an auction or in storage at some studio storage spot.

I think you will have to get the costume made for you.
I liked the wicked witch with all the heads in the cabinets,
but can't say it was a good sequel to the original.
