Harrison County, Mississippi, USA. Also the home of Kessler Air Force Base. Biloxi and the surrounding Gulf Coast region was considered a leading gambling center in the Southern United States until many casinos were damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005.

Biloxi beach is in Mississippi... well what is left of it after Katrina.
It was a decent place to go... not as beautiful as Destin, but much more peaceful. Hope this helps.
