Without a doubt Stewie would win cause his side kick the dog is much more helpful than Dexter's BLONDE sister.

Stewie. Dexter's cold-hearted, but he's got some emotion deep down. Stewie's has absolutely no soul. He wouldn't be afraid to take anyone down XD. Plus he probably knows more about sinister plans and devices. XD LOL.

Stewie for sure! He's way more diabolical then Dexter and hes only what 1 1/2?! Plus he's great at inventing wepons, Dexter as far as I know has only inveted robots and weird stuff.
