Stewie, because he's the most intelligent one out of the bunch and his condescending approach to the rest of the family (i.e. always trying to kill Lois, constantly insulting Peter, ridculing Brian..etc) his freaking hilarious. Frankly, without Stewie, Family guy just wouldn't be that funny.
